The purchase of digital products, including SVG downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, SVG downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Square or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries, and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.ensightdesign.net are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a no refund policy.

Ensight Design reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact Jessica at 404-913-0224 or email@example.com with your transaction details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days based on your bank.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Ensight Design, 1445 Woodmont Lane NW, #1984, Atlanta, GA 30318.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will notified of your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure proper delivery of your return.
